FAQ

Will this course work with the Oculus Quest?

Yes! I actually use the Oculus Quest 1 in the course. You'll need to use Oculus Link or Virtual Desktop App (through SideQuest) to connect your Quest to your computer. The course works with all other VR headsets as well.

Wait! I wanted the Mandalorian!? Where is he in the project files!?

Sorry! I can't include that image of Mando in the downloadable files because Disney owns him. However if you google file name for the missing texture you find in blender...

Isn't there a new blender to ue4 add-on? Should I use it?

Yes there is! Unreal is continuing to work on improving the pipeline between blender and ue4. You can find their latest add-ons for blender here: https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/blog/download-our-new-blender-addons

However, these addons don't change the fundamentals of working between the two programs. Once you understand the concepts I teach here you'll be better equipped to understand any further developments in the workflow between Unreal and Blender.
